How long does the delivery take?

As all artworks sold on / are dispatched directly from the artist, delivery times can vary. Find out how long it will take for the artist to dispatch your artwork by clicking ‘Shipping’ on the right hand side of the product page.

My artwork arrived damaged

We understand how disappointing it is to receive a damaged artwork, so if this happens, please get in touch with the artist straight away as they may be able to repair or replace your artwork.

In the meantime, you can request a return by following the steps below. Once the artwork has been collected by the courier, we will issue you with a full refund.

We would be very grateful for detailed photos of the damage sustained, which you can attach with the submission of the returns form. And, if you can manage to retain and return the artwork in its original packaging, that would be great too!

How do I request a return or a replacement?

To request a return or a replacement, simply send us an email and we will send you the instructions.

If the unthinkable happens and your artwork arrives damaged, please follow the returns process outlined above. Some detailed photos of any damage sustained would also be really helpful. If you can manage to retain the original packaging, that would be great too!

What happens next?

Once we receive your request we’ll process it within one working day

We’ll confirm your designated pick-up date and provide all instructions and relevant documentation via email, one working day before the collection

You will be fully refunded the artwork value and initial shipping costs within 24-48 hours after the artwork has been collected by the courier

Alternatively, if you have requested a replacement, the seller will ship your new artwork as soon as they receive the original piece

What is /’s return policy?

Returning an item couldn’t be easier. If you’re not completely happy with your artwork, you have 14 days from the date you received the piece to request a replacement or return. We will organise to collect from your home, workplace or an alternative address, whatever suits you! And, it’s completely free.

For a simple, fast service, you’ll need to make sure of the following:

The artwork arrived within 14 days of your request

The artwork is in its original packaging and in the same condition as it arrived

Please note the following is required for a returns request to be accepted:

it has to be less than 14 days since you have received the artwork

the artwork must be in the same condition as it arrived and in appropriate packaging––ideally in its original packaging

please note artworks must be carefully readied for return shipment in their original packaging* in order to qualify for a refund

it is important therefore that you take care when unpacking received artworks

For artworks that arrived damaged we ask for a photo of the damage to be provided so that the artist can learn more about what went wrong with their particular shipment.

*If the packaging was insufficient, please package to the best of your ability and be sure to take pictures for insurance purposes.

Please note: you have 14 days from receipt of the artwork in which to request a return and a further 14 days in which to fulfil it.
